    The Closest airport is Adelaide. Please arrive into adelaide no later than 10:30am on the 9th for an 11:30am private shuttle departure. On the 13th we will arrive back at Adelaide Airport by 11am so please book your departure flights from 12pm onwards.

    3. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all retreat participants and should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance should provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of AUD$200,000 for each of the heads of cover. We also strongly recommend your travel insurance covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects

    4. The booking is made in good faith and maybe subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the management of the retreat locations are outside our control. However, reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation, should this occur. The description of the premises is given in good faith; no responsibility for misrepresentation will be accepted.

    5. Unless otherwise advised you consent to us using images of you taken during the Retreat for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

  • Emily Spurling

    Emily's laid back and inclusive approach resonates with first time students and advanced yogis alike. Emily has been recognised as an industry expert and can be found on Gaia.com alongside other wellness exerts such as Deepak Chopra and Jamie Oliver.

    Emily is a Yoga teacher and Certified Holistic Health Coach who loves sharing the ultimate toolbox for becoming your best authentic self. Emily is an eternal student of yoga globally and is formally trained in Hatha and Vinyasa flow, she has beautifully combined these styles to create her own much loved yoga experience. This 'fusion' style is the perfect blend of light and shade, one flow will have you generating heat and building lean muscle and the next you will be blissing out in a slow, opening restorative sequence. Emily is also a Thai Masseuse whose hands on adjustments in class help you to slip into the perfect pose and a state of deep relaxation. 


    Emily is drawn to yoga and meditation as a way to become fully present and 'show up' as the best version of herself in all areas of life. “We are all expected to wear so many different 'hats' every day, as a mother of two beautiful children, a wife, entrepreneur and teacher, to name a few, it can be really confusing and challenging to stay grounded, positive and on my path. If we are not living in the moment then we're not showing up, Yoga and meditation are my secret weapon and it is my pleasure to share this gift with you.”

      Explore the quaint, artisan village of Hanhdorf, the oldest surviving German settlement. Enjoy free time to stroll the tree-lined streets, grab a bite to eat from one of the famous german bakehouses or cafes and explore the many eclectic shops

      A flat cycle tour through the fertile terrain of the picturesque, Barossa Valley. You'll do a tasting at some of the Barossa's boutique vineyards including Hewiston, Lindsey Estate (for art vino and viny and Lunchl), and finally Rusden Estate

      2pm Make Your Own Natural Perfume Workshop @ Vasse Virgin
      Choose from three specially crafted base scents and learn how to add different notes to create your desired smell. You will be guided through a wide variety of pure essential oils and absolutes as you create your own unique personalised perfume to takeaway. You will take home a 15ml bottle of your own crafted perfume, your personalised recipe and worksheets and the basic skills to start experimenting with your own blending.
