  • Georgia & Ash - Cooking Classes & In House Chefs

After meeting in 2020 whilst both working for an organics company in the northern rivers we immediately connected, on a friendship level, and of course, a food level. Ashlea was working front-of-house and showed a keen interest in working in the kitchen, as she is extremely passionate about cooking and all things food. Not long after moving her into the kitchen did we start talking about our dreams and experimenting with bold and unique flavors/combinations together. Our customers were in love with our product and before we knew it we were being approached to do some private catering jobs, the birth of the business.
We are extremely passionate about sustainability, support for local growers, organic produce and we keep zero-waste food practices at the forefront of our cooking. Our way of using food to bring people together is not only nourishing for the mind and the body but it is also educational.
Both Ashlea and myself have traveled a lot, all over the world and are very knowledgeable on different cuisines, flavors and traditional meals associated within these cultures. I worked as a chef overseas for 3.5 years, in America and Canada and spent the most part of the last 6 years traveling after university. Together, our synergy in the kitchen is something unique and we channel that energy into our food, bringing love, warmth and boldness to everything we prepare.
