Yoga & Wine, Sunshine Coast Hinterland

Your enchanting rainforest sanctuary in the rolling hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland Awaits.

Over three holistic nights on our Sunshine Coast retreat you will find peace and tranquility in the haven of our home-away-from-home, nestled in an abundant rainforest just 1.5 hours north of Brisbane. As you step into the rainforest flanked Sala and roll out your yoga mat, the decision to take this time for yourself will be rewarded.

Each day there is a unique experience to enjoy. Activities have been carefully curated, and intricately weaved together to leave you feeling, rejuvenated, fulfilled and at peace.

Daily yoga, meditation and breathwork, along with insights into the ancient wellbeing rituals of Ayurveda, will be the foundations of your unparalleled vitality and calm to be found on this retreat. All levels of ability are catered for by renowned international teacher Emily Spurling.

Eat like a yogi on retreat, the majority of our meals are vegan and served in the intimate Rainforest Sala. Meal times are a relaxed but delicious affair showcasing the regions bountiful seasonal and local produce.

Your sense of adventure comes alive, when we embark on a fun-filled food and wine tasting tour of the magnificent hinterland, culminating in dinner at the iconic ‘The Barrel’ restaurant at Clouds Vineyard and topped off by an exceptional artisan chocolate tasting.

In a soulful and creative 2.5 hour workshop you’ll be taken on an inner-journey to discover and draw your spirit guide. No prior meditation or art experience is necessary, simply trust, and let it unfold with the expert guidance of artist and spiritual teacher Sara Thorn.

Experience deep healing in a soothing sound healing experience led by Sandra Groves

Free time is yours to explore the quaint, historic townships of Maleny and Montville, take a bush walk to a waterfall, indulge in a luxurious spa treatment or simply relax and soak up the glorious rainforest environment from your veranda or sunken bathtub.
